Isaiah 25:7 speaks of the veil that obscures all nations; a divine covering awaiting removal. In this piece, the fractured textures and deep shadows evoke the tension between distance and recognition, echoing the ache of spiritual longing and the quiet assurance of something just beyond sight.
Sometimes I am disconnected, even distracted, from God's presence. Throughout my life I have always known He is there, though a veil of the world keeping us apart, hiding the light of Him from me.
